Innovations

Extending the features released last fall, TeeMailer’s Landing Pages and Microsites now provide:

A Layout Generator, which lets you select from one of our Quick Layout landing page templates or build your own layout to match your unique needs an intuitive drag-and-drop interface so you can easily populate your landing pages, leveraging creative directly from your Content Library Link single landing pages together to build a microsite, and easily manage which pages are available when Landing pages are hosted on IGM servers and tracked within your account, which means no technical hurdles for you to overcome when publishing, modifying, and tracking the performance of your campaigns Landing Pages and Microsites are now generally available – contact your account representative to learn more. 

Advance Content Creation

TeeMail redefines "easy-to-use software" with our new drag-and-drop feature for building emails and landing pages. As part of our Advanced Content Creation Tools, marketers using drag-and-drop will enjoy a more streamlined content creation and previewing process. The Advanced Content Creation tools include:

• Drag-and-drop interface to easily select and place content within an email or landing page

• A single console to edit, preview, validate and send emails

• Detailed email previewing – including dynamic content preview – for individual subscriber records

• Customizable Email Editor workspace

• Breadcrumbs throughout the workspace for easier navigation

• Your TeeMail account administrator can activate the Advanced Content Creation Tools on a per-user basis via the "Settings" tab in their account.

Portfolio

With the Winter 2008 Release, TeeMail is introducing a single place to store all digital files used in your communications. With TeeMailer Portfolio, users are able to:

• Manage all their digital files in a single location

• Image name retained on file upload

• Apply filters to digital files

Automated Interaction Management / Programs

Our approach to automated interaction management lets TeeMail users define, store and automate tasks they routinely complete – whether it’s a list import, group refresh, email send, or a whole series of activities. As we continue to improve our automated interaction management, the Winter 2008 Release provides:  More granular scheduling capabilities, including more control over programs that are scheduled to run in your account.  Further visibility into the performance of your marketing programs with an enhanced notification system.  The ability to define criteria for automated imports, including specification of file age and import recency.

Enhancements

The following enhancements are available with the Winter 2008 Release.

64-bit server compatibility for both Microsoft CRM and for TeeMail’s integration to Microsoft CRM. This means that the software can run on faster hardware, which is useful for a large database program.  Multi-tenant architecture support, including a single installation with many different instances so there can be multiple tenants or organizations per client server.

New Reports

The Winter 2008 Release delivers a new set of standard reports to help you achieve deeper insight into your campaign performance, including:

• Email Performance by Attribute

• Forwarded Email Activity Details

• Aggregated Conversion Statistics and more.

Additionally, file format and delivery options are now specific to each report for a better user experience.
